What is Vif?
Under the name Very Italian Food, VIF is an Airest branded center of excellence for research and production in the food sector, able to perfectly marry the experience and the specificity of an artisan’s laboratory with the method and volumes of an industrial reality. Very Italian Food is involved on a daily bases on the study, projection and creation of high quality products, to be distributed and sold through the shops of the Airest group.
Tradition and Made in Italy are visible to the customer's eyes thanks to dishes and recipes, products and brands, ingredients and people; but what the customers' cannot see is even more fascinating and able to bring at best authenticity and tradition.

Vif was created on the experience of a small artisan's laboratory: an ancient bakery with typical sweet and savoury specialties, artfully prepared by expert hands, warden of secret recipes, located in a little rural place. It has been able to convey its values on a large-scale, becoming a big laboratory capable of offering all of Airest group shops the same old higt-quality products yet remaining faithful to the same basic features (tradition and authenticity).
Two are the product lines, in which VIF boats its successful know-how and experience:
- bakery - from the traditional bread production, to the exclusive breads and pizzas
- pastry - from viennoiserie, to oven pastry, mignon desserts and chocolate delicatessens
Thanks to a careful selection of the best suppliers and top quality ingredients, the definition of high commercial standards and unified processes, continuous staff training, the use of the cold chain and modern industrial and food technologies - that allow the perfect food preservation - the VIF production plant and a dedicated logistic guarantee to achieve and maintain high quality standards in every outlet wherever located.
