Initial situation and needs analysis
We created a brand new food-service concept for the recently opened Terminal 2 at W. A. Mozart Airport in Salzburg. The major challenge was to create an attractive food-service outlet for the weekly floods of charter flight passengers during the winter season as well as the year-round food-service core of an unmatched event location, Amadeus Terminal 2.
We developed a custom solution, SalzBurger, for the needs of Salzburg Airport based on representative results from a survey of departing charter passengers conducted by Creativ Research.
