Balloon Restaurant The Balloon Restaurant serves Austrian and international dishes in a friendly atmosphere that are prepared by our chef Mr. Schillinger, who has masterfully proven his talent in international cooking competitions. Mr. Schillinger and his team also serve up tasty snacks for in-between meals.
We recommend our popular breakfast available from 5:30 a.m., and our varied Balloon midday buffet available from 10:00 a.m. Enjoy our cool ice cream specialties and homemade sweet dishes on the panorama terrace.

Newly Opened: Meinl Espresso We have opened the Meinl Espresso on the ground floor of Airport Klagenfurt. Either at the bar or "to go", guests are treated to exquisite coffee specialties from Meinl, a company with a century-long tradition. In pleasant and modern surroundings, visitors are served by an attentive and friendly service team. Aside from specialty coffees, the menu includes traditional Viennese cakes and patisserie products, such as classic apple strudel, and spicy in-between snacks, such as salmon bagels or savory sandwiches.
