Sale of AIREST Restaurant- und Hotelbetriebs GmbH. to DO & CO Restaurants und Catering AG, at the same time separation of the company under the new names AIREST CATERING GMBH (associated to DO & CO-Group) and AIREST Gastronomy and Retail GmbH (sold back to SAVE-Group).
AIREST Gastronomy and Retail GmbH operates the business fields Gastro and Retail Solutions at the locations Vienna, Salzburg, Graz, Klagenfurt and Ljubljana, as well as Inflight Services and Catering at the airports Klagenfurt and Ljubljana.
AIREST CATERING GMBH operates the business areas Inflight Solutions, Business and Event Catering Solutions at the locations Vienna, Linz, Salzburg, Graz, Bratislava and Malta, as well as the airport restaurants at Linz.
Foundation of the Airest Far East Holding International based in Hong Kong, as well as the Shanghai Airest Catering Company Ltd. based in Shanghai. |
