Airest boasts a centre of excellence for research and production in the food sector - VIF (Very Italian Food) -, that supplies food & beverage shops in Italy and abroad with high quality bakery and pastry products.
In 2008 Airest Group reached a consolidated turnover of 196 millions of euro, with a growth of 7,3% compared to 2007, about 20% deriving from the international business. In 2008 Airest employed 1885* people.
